What is A psychological evaluation for immigration?
Also called mental health evaluation for immigration, this is a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of your current emotional state, active stressors impacting your current emotional state, and risk factors that could worsen your current state in the face of unwanted immigration-related outcomes.
I am an immigration evaluation therapist who has been conducting immigration evaluations since 2015. At this time, I offer immigration evaluations for the following types of cases: Hardship, Cancellation of Removal, Removal of Conditions, VAWA (for men and women), and U-Visa.
Your immigration attorney can be located anywhere in the United States, no matter what state you live in. However, due to licensing restrictions for mental health providers, an immigration evaluation therapist must be licensed in the state where you live or are located at the time of your evaluation. I offer evaluations for immigration to clients located in the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and South Carolina.

Immigration Evaluation Cost
How much does an immigration evaluation cost? And what is included?
Current fee for immigration evaluation package is $950. This includes any communication with you and your attorney before you evaluation, 2-3 hours of clinical evaluation, and extensive written evaluation, reviewed with you, and your attorney, as needed.
Payment is welcome in full prior to online evaluation. Alternatively, $475 can be paid prior to online evaluation and remaining balance of $475 is due upon completion of written report. Credit or debit card payment is accepted via Square. Please note that final written report can not be submitted to your attorney until payment is received in full.
