Who needs an immigration evaluation?
Individuals involved in certain immigration petitions may benefit from a psychological evaluation when emotional hardship, trauma history, or mental health concerns are relevant to their case. Evaluations are commonly used in cases involving extreme hardship waivers, VAWA petitions, U visas, cancellation of removal, and other humanitarian-based applications.
